Hi, I’m Cortney Peck—a Howard Hanna Allen Tate agent dedicated to helping buyers and sellers throughout Upstate South Carolina navigate real estate with confidence.

As a Clemson University graduate and former recreation therapist, my background in healthcare and small-business ownership taught me the value of active listening, meticulous attention to detail, and always putting people first. In true Clemson fashion, I’m “All In” for every client and every transaction.

When I’m not helping clients reach their real estate goals, you’ll find me spending time outdoors with my two children, cheering on the Clemson Tigers and Atlanta Braves, or enjoying time at the lake with family and friends.
